World renowned chef Gordon Ramsay called in to “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” to dish on the new season of “Kitchen Nightmares” and tells us about his new LA restaurant The Fat Cow.

On The New Season of Kitchen Nightmares: Gordon tells us: “There’s two sisters in Boston that are absolute fruit loops, they make me look like a saint. There’s a young chef that dropped the chicken, picked the chicken off the floor and started sautéing it in the pan,” he tells us. So, has this ever happened in one of chef Ramsay’s restaurants? “Definitely not. They know that they would have a size 15 foot up their backside.” The new season of “Kitchen Nightmares” premieres Friday, October 26th at 8/7c on FOX.

On His New Restaurant The Fat Cow: “In England there is an amazing restaurant called The Fat Duck, it’s run by Heston Blumenthal, an amazing chef. I’ve never copied, so I thought we eat a lot of cow, we’re in The Grove, it family orientated, it’s farm to table, and it’s done with a smirk. The Fat Cow,” he explains. “There are skinny cow salads, fat cow salads, and fat cow burgers. I think more than anything I’m always sort of known for fine dining, but this is something really relaxed, chilled.”
