Lady Gaga leaked the September 2012 cover of Vogue—featuring her, obviously—on her fan site.

"SHH DONT TELL TWITTER/ SEPT ISSUE OF VOGUE MAGAZINE/ Sorry Anna but the underground kids deserve it. bisous!" the pop star wrote alongside the sneak peek.

This marks Gaga's second time on the cover and, not surprisingly, 

Anna  Wintour, Grace Coddington & Co. have the "Born This Way" artist squeezed into a fuchsia Marc Jacobs mermaid gown that nips and tucks here and balloons there. And this time, the hair of choice is a platinum afro.
