If you're a fan of Alicia Keys, get ready. Alicia has just announced that she is almost ready to release her 5th studio album, the first since becoming a mom to her little son Egypt. Alicia says she has been working on the new album for the last 8 months and that she is so excited because she is in such a different place than when she released her last album - she got married, she's had a baby, so everything is new to her.

I read an interview with Alicia about her new album and I have to tell you, I've never seen her this passionate, so this new CD should be amazing. So far there is no confirmed release date, but it looks like the album might be called "New Day."
