The Biebs has a new gig! Coming this fall Justin will be be joining "The X Factor", but not as a judge, rather as a celebrity mentor

The "Boyfriend" singer is teaming up with L.A. Reid's team to give advice to contestants after the top 16 acts are chosen. Each judge is given a group of four contestants to oversee, and this season a celebrity mentor will be joining them during the judge's house round to help out. Rumors are flying around that Nick Jonas will join fellow Disney grad Demi Lovato as a mentor, but no official announcement has been made from Fox.

Wouldn't it be great if judge Britney Spears was paired with her ex  Justin Timberlake?!
