Making a public statement about her split from Tom Cruise, yesterday Katie Holmes was spotted no longer wearing her wedding ring.

So how much money will Katie Holmes get for divorcing Tom Cruise?

Though several news outlets initially reported that the couple had a pre-nuptial agreement that entitled Holmes to $3 million for every year she stayed married to Cruise -- totaling an estimated $18 million after almost six years of marriage -- an unnamed source told TMZ  that the 33-year-old actress will walk away with little more than she brought into the marriage.

 But apparently, that's alright with her. Though Holmes could still challenge the prenup, the source told TMZ that "she's not about the money. She's not that girl. She loves to work." All she wants is sole custody of their 6 year old daughter Suri

As far as property goes, the pair's prenup reportedly awards Holmes a Montecito, Calif. mansion, though a massive Beverly Hills estate Cruise bought in 2007 may be up for grabs.
