ADELE HELPS SAVE A LIFE

Looks like Adele's music can cure more than just a broken heart.

In April 2011, 7-year-old Charlotte Neve suffered a brain hemorrhage that left her in a coma. Doctors told her mother Leila to start saying her goodbyes, so the 31-year old cuddled next to her daughter on the hospital bed...and something amazing happened.

Neve began to sing Adele's "Rolling in the Deep" to her daughter (one of her favorite songs) once it came on the radio, and Charlotte smiled in response.

"I couldn't believe it," Neve told The Telegraph. "It was the first time she had reacted to anything since the hemorrhage. The nurses were astounded and told me to keep singing, and she smiled again."

"It was like she was rebooting," her mother said. And after some physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, Charlotte was able to go home. "She was allowed to come home for a weekend to see how she was and the first thing she said was 'home sweet home.'
