Songwriter Steve Seskin has written a large percentage of chart toppers and award winners. "Don't Laugh at Me," recorded by Mark Wills, was named Song of the Year in 1999 by the Nashville Songwriters Association. It also received a Country Music Association nomination for Song of the Year. He's responsible for three John Michael Montgomery hits, "No Man's Land," "If You've Got Love," and "Life's a Dance," as well as numerous others. The Tennessee Task Force Against Domestic Violence honored his "I Think About You," which was recorded by Collin Raye. The video, too, earned notice, scoring Video of the Year at the Academy of Country Music Awards in 1997.
